McMann Group was established in late 2009 and is a family-owned and operated business based out of Nanaimo on beautiful Vancouver Island, BC. The McMann Group has constructed custom homes, commercial buildings, completed renovations and insurance restoration and rebuild projects across Vancouver Island, Fort St. John, and on the lower mainland.

Russ McMann
Russ McMann, the owner and operator of McMann Group, is dedicated to his craft. His number one priority has and always will be client satisfaction, ensuring each client gets the keys to their home happy. Russ prides himself on making new connections along the way, with suppliers, sub-trades, and clients, bringing in repeat business over the past decade and establishing excellent working relationships with some of the best trades on the island to ensure we deliver a high-quality product.
James McMann
James McMann is a Project Manager, a master finishing carpenter, and Red Seal-certified, demonstrating his passion for a high level of finishing. He is keen to bring his expertise and experience to every project he is involved in.
Staff
McMann Group proudly has retained highly skilled and hardworking staff, many of whom have been a part of the team long term and continue to grow with us year after year. Our team thrives in providing a high-quality product for every single one of our clients, no matter the size or type of project.
Our team consists of red seal ticketed carpenters, many who have progressed with us over the years and earned their ticket while being a member of the team. Our project managers, in-house accountant and office manager all bring years of experience in the construction industry, to keep everything on track behind the scenes. Together, we aim to make your project as seamless and stress-free as possible.
