McMann Group was established in late 2009. We are a family owned and operated business based out of Nanaimo B.C. McMann Group has built all over Vancouver Island, Fort St. John, and on the lower mainland. We offer knowledge and experience from building in a variety of cities and climates.
The very first step is a consultation, where we meet with you either at our office or on site of your future home. We’ll discuss what your goals, visions and dreams are and how we can incorporate these into the design. Need help locating land or getting a plan drafted by an interior designer? We’ve got you covered and can recommend the right people to help you along the way.
Once you’ve found the perfect location, we start the exciting process of reviewing the drafted plans and your vision for finishes. Once we have this information, and you’re ready to move forward our team begins working on getting an estimate put together for you. You’ll receive a personalized proposal with a complete breakdown of costs for your project.
If you like what you see in your proposal, we’ll put together a construction agreement contract. Then we embark on the exciting process of building your home, including gathering everything we need for the building permit.
Once the building permit has been issued, we get the build process underway. We will schedule shopping trips with you early in the process to select all your finishes, and our team works hard behind the scenes to make sure we stay on schedule and on budget. You will have access to view our project schedule, along with a personal channel for communication between you and our staff in the office to answer any questions or concerns you may have from start to finish.
